Job Description:
Duties include inspection, diagnoses, repair, and replacement of general parts and accessories for cars and light trucksPerform fluid exchanges, general inspections and maintenance, brake inspection, battery, and electronics workPerform a variety of other duties: replacing wiper blade band bulbs, performing test drivesFocus on building customer relationships and their current and future needs.Communicate vehicle problems and proposed solutions to customers and/or supervisors.Keep a clean and safe working environment.will be issued an iPad tablet for digital inspection5-day work week and every other weekend with a day off during the week.Lots of job growth and raised potential.work on all makes and models, including EVs and hybrids.Job Requirements:
Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendationsPerform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks include computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repairMaintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair by attending schooling and seminarsConduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drivesMaintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our recordsPerform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks include computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repairClean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safetyAble to create estimates and advise customers of repairs/maintenance neededQualifications:
Automotive repair experience in a professional shop environment is preferred 6 years full-time minimumStrong verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsFollow company procedures and protocolKnowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
