Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standardsConduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systemsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaRoad-test vehicles to verify successful repairsAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresProvide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communicationParticipate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technologyUphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanicHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving recordNational Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferredExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicMust pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
