Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionallyInspect vehicles and review service history to confirm needsPromote sales of services, parts, and accessories through product knowledgeProvide accurate cost and time estimates; obtain customer approvalMonitor service progress and update customers on changesAdminister warranty repairs by manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to write precise repair instructions and provide accurate estimatesKnowledge of automotive products, services, and warranty processes is considered a plus Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
