Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experienceCreate transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimatesCommunicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completionProvide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicleMaintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty informationQualifications:
