Job DescriptionProvide first and second-line IT support to internal employees and external contractors;Manage user accounts and access rights across systems;Ensure proper IT asset management in line with internal procedures;Perform service and system operations, including regular and ad-hoc maintenance, to meet availability and security requirements;Monitor and report on system performance metrics, covering availability, capacity, and security;Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner, escalating to third-party vendors when necessary;Handle system updates and deployments in accordance with internal guidelines;Fulfil user requests in line with established SLAs;Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager, related to IT infrastructure and support.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field;Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;Solid experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow;Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence;Strong proficiency in GitHub, including version control, branching strategies, and code review workflows;Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-based environments;Proficient in English (C1 level or higher);Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software systems;High level of responsibility, reliability, and autonomy;Ability to follow instructions precisely and execute tasks accurately;Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
