Responsibilities:

Learn and apply Subaru’s proven sales process from customer greeting to vehicle deliveryAssist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budgetDevelop strong product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and valueConduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers in a timely, professional mannerBuild long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referralsStay current on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trendsMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metricsCollaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional customer experiencesParticipate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills
