The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a proven track record.

Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing KIA vehicles Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service Stay informed about the latest Kia models, features, and promotions Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
