Responsibilities Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive modelsProspect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral businessStay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customersSet and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications Proven sales experience (automotive industry is a plus)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environmentPositive attitude with a high-energy personalityExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicSelf-motivated and proactiveMust pass background check, MVR, and drug screeningHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
