🧭 Your Mission
As a Manager-in-Training, you’ll work directly with market leaders to:
🔹 Lead People
Set clear expectations, goals, and training plans for your teamCoach, develop, and motivate employees to reach their full potentialRecruit and hire top talent in partnership with HREnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures🔹 Drive Performance
Analyze business trends and implement strategies to boost sales and profitabilityShare store financial goals with the team and celebrate wins togetherMaintain tight control over expenses, inventory, and shrink🔹 Own the Store Environment
Keep the store spotless and safe — front to back, every shiftConduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance requestsEnsure all parts are tracked, returned, and properly credited🔧 What You Bring to the Table
2+ years of management experience (automotive a plus!)Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skillsSolid track record of hitting sales and profit targetsA valid driver’s license and ability to work weekendsBonus if you have hands-on tech experience!🛠 Physical Requirements
Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable with a hands-on environment (noise, heat, dust, etc.)Full range of motion for bending, lifting, and handling tools🏁 Your Next Step Starts Here
