• Balancing a cash drawer and deposits
• Daily reconciling of all incoming shipments
• Reconciling accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and timely payments
• Process all purchase orders
• Process all customer return invoices
• Assist customers needing information or invoices on their account in a friendly and timely manner
• Work with inventory control specialist to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Filing all paperwork associated with departmental activities.

Qualifications Administrative experienceCash drawer deposit experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Basic accounting knowledgeMicrosoft Excel experienceExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work well in a process driven environment.Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
