Responsibilities:

Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they needAnswer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer’s needs are metEnsure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct locationMaintain the parts department in a clean and organized mannerAccurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to dateInforming customers of any current specialsDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors

 

Qualifications:

Automotive parts department experience is preferredExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicAbility to work well in a process driven environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
