Activities Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct.Own assigned sales targets and deliver results.Translate Lubricants Business Strategy into actionable plans in his/her area.Recruit new dealers to replace inactive ones.Partner with dealers on annual business plans to meet sales objectives.Manage key dealer performance and support secondary sales channel development.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and payment collection for alignment with objectives.Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and engagement.Work with technical teams to provide dealer training and support.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Attend team meetings and related training sessions.Report and collaborate with management and legal teams to combat counterfeit and smuggled products.
