PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team in the heart of the automotive industry. This is your chance to play a key role in building and maintaining racing chassis, hybrid systems, and high-performance vehicles that push the limits of speed, reliability, and drivability.

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Mechanic, you will:

Build and rebuild racing chassis and hybrid systems.

Conduct quality control checks and ensure proper fitting of new parts.

Perform component sub-assembly, final assembly, teardown, and inspections.

Diagnose mechanical issues and determine corrective actions.

Train new associates in proper procedures for producing high-quality race components.

Support objectives for optimal race car performance and reliability.

Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to perform advanced automotive repairs.

Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams.

Ability to work independently from written or oral instructions and from personal diagnosis.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to train and guide others.

Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Physical strength, agility, and stamina for hands-on mechanical work.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance and repair.

Training in Auto Mechanics, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.

Vocational or technical certification a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
