Key Responsibilities

Support the transition from Sales to the Finance & Insurance (F&I) departmentAccurately break down, scan, and process automotive retail finance dealsOrganize and store documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirementsMonitor and resolve funding delays by coordinating with lenders and internal teamsAssist in preparing finance reports and other administrative duties as assignedMaintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations and company proceduresCollaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth finance operationsPerform additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in automotive finance or document processing is a plusExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
