This is a commission-based position.

Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval processEstablish and maintain strong relations with our lendersRecruit, hire and develop associates for the Financial Services DepartmentMaintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reportsDetermine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment optionsEstablish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and servicesPresent warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealershipSecure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintain a high level of productivityMeet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfactionAccurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership’s Accounting Department in a timely mannerEnhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experienceSupervise the financial services associates to ensure individual and department goals are metDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendorsQualifications
Prior experience in a dealership F&I Department, automotive sales, or in the selling of financial products requiredProficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and WordADP Dealer Services Experience a plusAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedGreat attitude with high-energy personalityExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicStrong attention to detailAbility to work well in a process driven environmentOutstanding communication skills in both verbal and writtenHigh school diploma or equivalentCollege degree or experience preferredValid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
