Fountain Tire Cold Lake, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as an Automotive/Commercial Tire Technician!

You will be responsible for:

Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial and OTR tires and wheels in a safe and efficient mannerInspecting tires and wheels and delivering onsite customer tire maintenance programsReset and repair tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS)Complete specialty tire workEnsure all equipment, tools and supplies are returned in good working condition to proper locationOperate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe mannerAccurate and professional customer serviceMaintaining tire service equipmentUnderstanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment

What does it take to get on track?

Previous tire/automotive experience is preferredA working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an assetA customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customersA keen attention to detailAbility to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s AbstractBasic computer skillsAbility to consistently lift 25 kilograms
