Position Overview:As a Sales BDC Administrator, you’ll be a key part of our Business Development Center, supporting inbound leads and assisting our sales representatives. You’ll help manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to the sales floor. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. + Collect and maintain accurate customer information for follow-up and retention. + Schedule appointments for sales reps using CRM tools and lead sources (including previous customers, referrals, and service clients). + Stay informed on product details, current promotions, and dealership events. + Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong time management and organizational abilities. + Proficiency in basic computer and phone systems; CRM experience is a plus. + Ability to type efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
