Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our service center, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting the Service Center Manager in various administrative and operational tasks.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and mentor all service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality serviceProvide service training to new technicians and customer service representatives to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their dutiesAssist the Service Center Manager in finding effective solutions for customer service issues, ensuring customer satisfactionManage inventory, scheduling, and payroll as key business elements of the service centerOpen and/or close the service center under the specific direction of the Service Center ManagerMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as same-store sales growth, labor, product costs, and expenses. Take corrective action when requiredSupport operational goals across the company, including profit, cost of goods, labor, service failures, and safetyPerform audits to ensure in-store teams are following processes to a high level of excellence

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive service management or a related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation to and from workHave effective interpersonal, oral communication skillsAbility to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
