Job Description Lead the design, development, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design specifications.  Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, DevOps, and Cloud engineers to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria ensuring alignment with business goals.  Develop and perform functional regression integration performance testing on software applications.  Identify document track defects using bug tracking tools ensuring timely resolution.  Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to understand application functionality provide feedback on design usability.  Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues improve application quality.  Participate in code reviews provide input on testability quality improvements.  Automate testing processes using tested frameworks tools.  Integrate automated testing into CI / CD pipelines using DevOps tools practices.  Continuously evaluate improve testing processes tools methodologies align with industry best practices.  Create maintain test documentation including test plans test cases results.  Monitor report progress results stakeholders providing insights quality metrics risks.  Establish feedback loop stakeholders continuously improve quality software process.
