About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, and Java, with exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience in the Telecom domain would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG

Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases and automation scripts

Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications and APIs

Integrate test scripts with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI

Perform regression testing, identify bugs, and contribute to delivering high-quality software

Maintain test documentation and support test planning activities

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on automation best practices 

Key Skills Required:

✅ 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver automation
✅ Strong in Java programming
✅ Experience with Cucumber BDD framework and Gherkin syntax
✅ Proficient with TestNG for test execution and reporting
✅ Familiar with version control systems (Git)
✅ Experience with Maven/Gradle for build management
✅ Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
✅ Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
