Skills and Requirements - Strong communication skills. - Proficiency in ladder logic and PLC troubleshooting. - Hands-on repair skills including 480V systems and voltmeter usage. - Willingness to physically engage in repairs. - Programming experience (basic logic edits). - Robotics experience (Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki). - Certifications (Rockwell, Siemens, Allen Bradley). - Technical school or relevant certifications.
