Job Title: Automation Technician

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced technician, where you will play a key role in enhancing our maintenance operations. We're looking for a hands-on problem solver who's eager to grow and drive change within our highly automated manufacturing environment.

We have both 2nd and 3rd shift positions available in the Holland area

2nd shift: 3pm-11pm3rd shift 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

Edit controls programs on programmable devices - SLC-500, Panel View, and Panel View PlusTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsPerform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipmentSupport lean initiatives and actively participate in related events

Essential Skills

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsExperience working in PLC/HMI programs in order to troubleshoot machines 3+ years of experience working in a highly automated work environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with smart cameras such as Keyence and Cognex is a plus.Experience in schematic reading and automation systems.Knowledge of vision systems is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing floor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
