Responsibilities:
Organizes, coordinates, and supervises external specialist personnel required to carry out activities in accordance with the Site Digital & Automation Lead guidelines and directives.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across all assigned activities.
Collaborates in the management and maintenance of the site’s IT/OT infrastructure.
Provides IT/OT support to review and standardize process flows, ensuring process optimization, including improved production effectiveness and efficiency during the implementation of Smart Factory systems.
Acts as a System Infrastructure Technician by installing, configuring, and maintaining IT/OT infrastructure, including server and network architectures, ensuring operational stability and security. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing data backups, monitoring system performance, performing cabling management, and ensuring infrastructure compliance and the continuous updating of related documentation.
Manages initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency and plant maintenance operations, with a particular focus on the automation of machines and site systems.
Analyzes requirements and collaborates with multiple departments to integrate equipment, plants, and production systems, defining data exchange protocols for the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., Data Acquisition, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT), in compliance with globally defined architectures and solutions.
Ensures technical support for the acquisition of both business and GMP data from equipment, plants, and machines whether network-connected or stand-alone guaranteeing correct data historization and recovery when required.

Qualifications: Minimum Training & Education Requirements Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in automation department or related fields of a complex site.

Excellent knowledge of Cisco Network Architecture
Excellent knowledge VMWare virtual Architecture
Excellent knowledge of Cybersecurity Compliance
Excellent knowledge Active Directory & Windows Server Architecture
Excellent knowledge of GxP environment and regulatory compliance (e.g. data Integrity requirements: CFR21 part 11, ALCOA+ principles etc).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English".
