Your role and responsibilities
The Automation Solution Architect is a key role in the field of process and system automation. This expert is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions that enhance the efficiency and productivity of the organization.
The work model for the role is: HYBRID
This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Ostrava.
Main Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborating with business and technical teams to understand their needs and identify areas where automation can be beneficial.
Solution Design: Creating technical designs and architectures for automation projects, including the selection of appropriate tools and technologies.
Implementation: Leading implementation teams in the development and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
Management and Maintenance: Monitoring and optimizing automation systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their long-term reliability.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to users of automation systems, ensuring their proper use and maximum utilization.
Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in automation, including experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins), and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various teams and present technical concepts clearly.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and lead projects to successful completion.
