Position is located in Vaasa, Tampere, or Helsinki **What You’ll Be Doing** + Translate needs into solutions: Convert customer requirements into high-performing technical solutions. + Implement software: Apply Drives application software to interface with customers’ processes. + Secure quality: Define automated tests and write clear, concise user documentation. + Support customers: Provide technical guidance to customers and internal support teams. + Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with development teams, customer-facing colleagues, and other product groups to ensure successful deliveries. **What We're Looking For** + Industrial automation expertise: Strong background in PLCs, automation systems, and fieldbus communication protocols. + Tools & programming: Proficiency in modern simulation tools (e.g., Matlab/Simulink) and PLC programming languages. + Communication: Ability to produce high-quality user documentation and interact confidently with customers. + Foundational knowledge: Understanding of the software development lifecycle, motor control, and drives. + Languages: Proficiency in English; basic Finnish or Swedish is an advantage. **What You'll Get from Us** The Industrial Drives team enables industrial customers around the world to run and optimize their high-performance processes.
