Automation Project Manager I

In this role, you’ll not only ensure project success but also play a pivotal part in mentoring teams, elevating quality control, and shaping the strategic growth of our business unit. **Join us and be the catalyst for innovation and impact.** **Responsibilities:** As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects assigned by the Automation Director, ensuring they meet key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, budget efficiency, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality control. You’ll implement and monitor robust quality assurance systems across all initiatives, while also supporting the professional development of your team by identifying training needs and coordinating with the Director to schedule appropriate programs. Additionally, you’ll play a strategic role in resource planning by tracking ongoing project requirements and communicating staffing needs.
