Automation Integration Supervisor
As the Automation Integration Supervisor, you’ll lead a team in designing, building, and programming automation systems.
You’ll manage integration projects, ensure system coordination, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
+ Supervise Automation Technicians and Programmers
+ Assign tasks, mentor team members, and oversee training programs
+ Lead safety initiatives and approve safety-related designs
Project Execution
+ Manage complex automation projects from concept to commissioning
+ Oversee control panel design, PLC/robotics/HMI programming, and documentation
+ Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting for electrical and hydraulic systems
+ Support system startups, retrofits, and field reviews
Administrative Duties
+ Approve timecards, manage vacation schedules, and conduct performance reviews
+ Handle parts procurement, vendor coordination, and repair logistics
Continuous Improvement
+ Champion 5S and quality assurance initiatives
+ Conduct audits and support business development efforts
+ Promote cross-functional collaboration and process enhancements
Qualifications
+ 8–10 years of experience in automation programming
+ 1–2 years of leadership experience
+ Associate degree in electromechanical or automation tech (Bachelor’s preferred)
+ ABB, Allen Bradley, and Fanuc certifications preferred
