What's in it for you:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the quality, reliability, and production readiness of HVAC centrifugal chillers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate non-conformances, support issue resolution, and help drive continuous improvement across production processes. This position offers the chance to build technical expertise, strengthen problem-solving capabilities, and influence manufacturing outcomes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a weekend shift role with an expected work shift of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6am-6pm.

What you will do:

Support the evaluation and disposition of non-conformances related to HVAC centrifugal chillers in productionPartner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and production teams to investigate product and process non-conformancesAssist in identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to support production flow and product qualityReview non-conforming conditions and help determine appropriate resolution paths in alignment with manufacturing and quality standardsDocument findings, track issues, and maintain accurate records related to non-conformance evaluations and follow-up actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of production-related quality issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing non-conformances and improving manufacturing efficiencyParticipate in risk assessments, safety planning, and implementation of safe manufacturing practicesAssist with development and maintenance of standard work, process documentation, and related training materials as neededProvide regular updates on assigned tasks, issue status, and improvement activities

What you will bring:

Associate’s degree in automation, manufacturing technology, industrial technology, quality, engineering technology, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience of 3–5 years in lieu of a degree will also be consideredExperience in manufacturing, production support, quality, or non-conformance evaluation in an industrial environment preferredAbility to investigate production issues, evaluate non-conforming conditions, and support timely resolution in a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with root cause problem-solving, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writingStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, production, maintenance, quality, and safety teamsSelf-motivated approach with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and results-driven mindsetInitiative to further develop technical skills, interpersonal skills, and career growthPrior industrial manufacturing experience preferred

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$40,000.00 - $74,340.00
