Automation Engineer (H/F)
Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble de l’usine pour définir, installer et mettre en service les équipements électriques. Vous mobilisez vos compétences en électrotechnique, automatisme et informatique industrielle pour assurer la réussite des projets techniques. **Vos missions :** + Réaliser l’étude des automatismes à partir du cahier des charges et programmer les équipements + Concevoir l’installation électrique adaptée et définir les besoins en supervision de l’installation + Élaborer les dossiers de consultation et de réalisation, puis assurer la mise en service des équipements + Mettre à disposition vos compétences en automatisme, électrotechnique et informatique industrielle auprès du bureau d’études + Intervenir en support sur la programmation des automates, l’intégration de cartes spécifiques et la mise en œuvre des systèmes de programmation + Apporter votre expertise sur les systèmes de variation de vitesse, de contrôle, de régulation, de DAO et de supervision + Développer le noyau programme et les modules spécifiques, et utiliser les plateformes de développement + Assister l’équipe maintenance dans la rédaction des dossiers machines pour les nouveaux équipements + Former les électriciens sur les nouveaux matériels et intervenir en cas de panne importante + Intégrer les consignes HSE dans toutes les phases d’étude, de réalisation et d’installation + Mettre en œuvre les moyens nécessaires pour réduire les risques, adapter les conditions de travail et contrôler les dispositifs de sécurité + Arrêter toute machine présentant un danger et proposer des solutions d’amélioration + Signaler tout dysfonctionnement pouvant impacter la sécurité, la santé ou l’environnement + Assurer la maîtrise documentaire du secteur Design Mécanique + Participer aux audits internes et aux audits de qualification annuels **Profil recherché :** + Formation : niveau Bac + 3 en automatisme, électrotechnique ou equivalent + Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en bureau d’études ou en maintenance industrielle. + Maîtrise des outils de DAO et des plateformes de développement. + Connaissance des logiciels de conception mécanique (Catia, Inventor). + Anglais courant requis. + Disponibilité pour assurer des astreintes **Vos atouts supplémentaires :** + Curiosité technique et capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes. + Rigueur dans l’exécution et le suivi des projets. + Goût pour le travail en équipe et les défis techniques. + Veille technologique régulière pour rester à jour sur les innovations du secteur. + Connaissance de l’outil Rockwell Automation appréciée. + Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en coordination transversale. \#LI-DA3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
