Über die Stelle **Unser Team:** Als Mitglied des Teams operative Automatisierung für Automation, Line Management, Track&Trace, Vision, eOEE und QC bist du Teil des Engineerings des Insulin Campus Frankfurt (ICF) der Unit Devices und unterstützt die autonomen Produktions Units Pens und Autoinjektoren (APU's Pen's und AI's) sowie die Quality Control (QC) und damit die Produktion in allen technischen Fragen rund um Automatisierung und Produktionsnahe Datenbanken. Das Team besteht aus 10 Experten, die in den aufgeführten Automatisierungs-Aufgabenbereichen und Obsoleszenz Projekten tätig sind. **Hauptaufgaben:** + Als Obsoleszenz Expert Engineer betreust Du die zentrale Automatisierungssysteme. + In Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus den APU's löst Du Störungen und erhöhst die Anlagenverfügbarkeit nachhaltig unter Zuhilfenahme aller verfügbaren Hilfsmittel und Produktionsdaten. + Du erstellst Schulungs- und Trainingsunterlagen (SOP‘s) und trainierst die Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit den Systemen. + Du erstellst und aktualisierst Qualifizierungsdokumente und führst Qualifizierungstests an Anlagen durch. + Du führst kleine bis große Projekte durch und hältst dabei alle relevanten betrieblichen Vorgaben ebenso wie die gesetzlichen Standards von GMP, Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz ein. + Du arbeitest mit den unterschiedlichsten Schnittstellen auf Standort-, Campus-, und Konzernebene zusammen. Über Dich **Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung** + Ingenieur oder sehr guter Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder verwandt mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung, Informationstechnik, Netzwerktechnik, o.ä. + Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsplattformen (bspw. SIMATIC S7) wünschenswert + Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld (GMP, Qualifizierung) **Soziale Kompetenzen** + Teamfähigkeit + Selbstorganisation + Anleitung von Kollegen und Koordination von Projektteams mit fachlicher Führung + Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus den Bereichen Produktion/Herstellleitung und Quality **Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten** + Sicherer Umgang mit Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, Datenbanken und Kommunikationsprotokollen. + Erfahrung im Umgang mit optischen Inspektionssystemen (bspw. Klarschrifterkennung, Codelesung, Farbprüfungen) + Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsplattformen (bspw.
