Provide technical leadership and be responsible for the implementation of automated systems for new and existing manufacturing processes. Focus on providing long-term support and guidance globally. Develop a comprehensive training and documentation program for all implemented projects.
+ Create and implement robust, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions.
+ Identify and specify required equipment and subsystems to improve on new and existing manufacturing process the equipment and subsystems necessary to improve new and existing processes.
+ Design specifications and detailed documentation for the design of automation systems and subsystems.
+ Design, quote and create equipment / accessories to help production processes (structure, process, wiring, sensors)
+ Modify current equipment / fixtures - accessories to update process requirements.
+ Assist with Kaizen activities and engineering projects.
+ Evaluate part drawings and sketches to understand product design and specifications in equipment development.
+ Provide training to all associates in the operations of new equipment.
+ Use the PDCA cycle when installing and debugging new equipment.
+ Ability to work with Keyence equipment’s.
+ Negotiation with suppliers to buy equipment, machines or accessories.
+ Ability to effectively communicate status, actions, recommendations, and other technical information with clarity and precision. Responsive to inquiries from other engineering and business teams.
+ Available to travel to USA
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical, Automation or Electrical Engineer.
Experience:More than 3 years of experience in automation or robotics implementations in a manufacturing environment.
English level:Advanced English
Technical Skills
•Microsoft Office, desirable 3D software (Inventor preferred), robotic programming on any following (UR or similar)
•Mechanical Design
•3D printer knowledge is a plus
