Seeking a Robotic/Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, program, and support automation systems and robotic applications in a process lab and production environment.
Job Requirements:
3–5 years of engineering experience (Robotic, Mechatronic, Electrical, or Mechanical)
Automated test and controls experience
Robot programming experience (Epson Robots preferred; Mechademic Robots a plus)
Design systems of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls for machines and test equipment
Experience with electrical, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
LabVIEW programming experience or willingness to be trained
OrCAD schematic software experience
Ability to work on multiple robots simultaneously (2–3 at a time)
Must be able to work with team members and independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:
Beckhoff PLC experience
Experience with automation programs, new designs, and concept development
Familiarity with purge valves, MAP sensors, and related products
Experience with design reviews and ordering equipment
Experience with replacing automated cells
Responsibilities:
Work 40% on the production floor and 60% in the office on design, testing, and robot programming
Design, develop, and program robotic and automation systems
Conduct design reviews and support concept development for new automation projects
Order and integrate equipment for new systems and upgrades
Program and test robots used in production and lab environments
Support automation for purge valves, MAP sensors, and other product lines
Work within a process lab environment to support automated test and control systems
Manage multiple robot systems and support expansion of 20–30 additional robots
Contribute to replacement and upgrading of automated cells
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
