Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in automation engineering, preferably in environments using GenAI technologies.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
Strong understanding of process analysis and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (TORQ experience is a major plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Analyze and deconstruct business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with GenAI systems (LLMs, OpenAI, Copilot) to offload contextual logic and enhance automation workflows.
Design and implement automation solutions using TORQ, our customers no-code/low-code orchestration platform.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce manual effort and eliminate inefficiencies.
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for automation and orchestration within the organization.
Support transition planning and potential backfill for existing consultant roles. null
