**Production Equipment Maintenance II**
**Responsibilities** **_:_**
1. To provide support in the most effective and direct way to the different areas from Engineering Department resolving problems quality related, product improvement, equipment development to manufacture new products, also to develop new equipment to optimize the product manufacture processes.
2. To coordinate the machinery development with external suppliers, provide necessary information for projects follow up: components drawings related to the project, material handling and shipping, equipment assessment, equipment transportation and installation at FMCNA-Reynosa.
3. To document each project development, gather and keep all the information generated since the beginning of the project.
4. Use computer aided design programs in order to maintain and update drawings of equipment, pieces, and devices.
5. To write and revise operation and maintenance procedures from equipment and machinery related with the product assembly.
6. To use PLC programming applications.
7. To provide support and training to the technical personnel who perform the assembly equipment maintenance.
8. Support and delivery of projects/tasks on time and committed in official documents.
9. Provide support to product complaint research and evaluation.
10. Categorize and consolidate chemical union types, simplifying steps on maintenance process and elimination of failures using statistical control tools and methodology.
11. Trending analysis related to unions through adhesives.
12. Manage all medica laboratory, equipment, solvents, and adhesives.
13. Participates in product development on issues related to unions.
14. Dispenser and medica bushing validation.
15. Develop engineering studies (protocols).
16. Manage repair and maintenance process of Blue Mountain system (BMRAM). Ensure that preventive maintenance of Medicas is performed in accordance with established procedures (SOPS).
17. Keep updated procedures and forms related to Medicas laboratory and union processes.
18. Participate in calls, conferences, presentations and meetings with site teams, as well as site and corporate management.
**Requirements:**
**Education:** Graduated in Mechanics, Industrial, Electronics, Automation.
**Experience** : Minimum 2 years of Medical products manufacturing.
**Skills:**
Projects management.
Knowledge of electricity.
Knowledge of electronics.
Knowledge of pneumatics.
Knowledge of measurement equipment.
Knowledge of tools and machinery.
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office programs).
Computer aided design programs knowledge.
Basic knowledge of equipment controlled by PLC.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
