In our premises in Lotte - Germany, we engineer, build, and test the customized heating solutions for the entire EMEA region. In our R&D lab we develop future solutions for the fast-changing market, with a special focus on further developing our sustainable technology.
Within the Lotte engineering and production site of **HTS** we are looking for an **Automation Engineer** .
+ Detailed electrical engineering of our thermal solutions. Assuring proper functionality in our burner systems,
+ Review customer specifications to develop the right technical solution.
+ Perform safety analyses and make sure our system is designed according to the applicable regulations (Machinery directive, EN 746-2, NFPA 86, EN60204, ISO13577, ATEX, EMC, LVD, …),
+ Designing the electrical control panels with aid of our standardized electrical engineering tool, Eplan.
+ Programming PLC software on customer specified automation platforms.
+ Define and upload the bill of material in our ERP (SAP) to initiate the order processing.
+ Collaborate with manufacturing and external suppliers and solve electrical issues that arise during manufacturing,
+ Factory acceptance test assistance and on-site commissioning support.
+ Communication with customers, sourcing, suppliers, manufacturing.
**Education:**
Master’s degree in engineering focused on electrical, controls or electro-mechanical discipline, with special interest or experience in machinery design, or process engineering, or low Voltage, control panel design and PLC automation.
Or bachelor’s degree with a proven experience in electrical engineering, low Voltage, control panel design and PLC automation.
**Skills**
+ Strong technical affinity is a must.
+ Knowledge or interest in design engineering regulations of machinery or the capability to develop this in short period,
+ Must be proactive, results oriented, growth and customer focused.
+ Likes to work in a team, international environment, working with customers (technical cooperation)
+ Interest to work with ECAD and develop the skills to engineer in ECAD fast (Eplan)
+ Interest and/or Knowledge & experience in programming PLC’s (Siemens & Rockwell Automation platforms is preferred)
+ Proficiency in electrical engineering of industrial machinery is preferred
+ Languages: Proficiency in German & English is required. Knowledge of French is a plus.
