Job DescriptionAutomation Project Coordination & Management
Oversees and coordinates end-to-end automation projects from intake to deploymentEnsures project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; drive mitigation and timely resolutionEnsures alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, and client expectationsTeam Supervision & Resource Management
Supervises Automation Project Coordinators and junior automation resourcesAssign tasks, balance workloads, and ensure efficient utilization of team capacityProvides guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team membersClient & Stakeholder Management
Act as primary operational contact for clients on automation projects and servicesLead regular status meetings, steering updates, and issue discussionsManages scope, change requests, and expectations in collaboration with senior stakeholdersAutomation Delivery Oversight
Ensures adherence to delivery standards, governance, and best practices across automation platformsCoordinates with developers, platform owners, and IT teams to ensure solution stabilitySupport go-live, hypercare, and post-deployment stabilization activitiesSales & Demand Support
Supports pre-sales and demand discussions by providing effort estimates, timelines, and delivery inputsAssists in identifying automation opportunities within existing and new client engagements Provide capacity planning and delivery feasibility inputs to account and sales teamsGovernance, Reporting & Quality
Tracks delivery KPIs, SLAs, utilization, and service performancePrepares consolidated delivery and operations reports for management and clientsEnsures project documentation, runbooks, and knowledge artifacts are maintainedContinuous Improvement
Identifies opportunities to improve automation delivery efficiency and project executionSupports standardization of templates, tools, and project management practicesContributes to the automation roadmap and service enhancement initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldEquivalent professional experience in automation or IT service delivery may be considered in lieu of formal education2-3 years of experience in automation delivery, IT project coordination, or managed servicesPrior experience supervising or coordinating junior team members or project coordinatorsExposure to client-facing roles, including status reporting, requirement discussions, and issue managementExperience supporting multiple automation initiatives or workstreams in parallelUnderstanding of automation lifecycle including intake, design, development, testing, deployment, and supportFamiliarity with project management and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)Strong coordination and project tracking skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and risksExperience supporting pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, proposal inputs, or effort estimation is an advantageUnderstanding of commercial delivery models and client engagement structures is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder engagementAdditional InformationKindly attach your resume in your application.
