The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Visual Basic and relational database systems, but also the ability to redesign and review business processes. The Automation team caters to a diverse area of processes from the Finance Accounting and real estate environment. **What you’ll do:** + Develop and test solutions using: - Python (focus on packages such as pandas, openpyxl) - Power Apps - Power Automate - VBA - Smartsheets + Maintaining, debugging and problem-solving of existing applications. + Reviewing business requirements documentation to provide development estimates and feedback. + Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the process automation field and guiding stakeholders on applying the optimal and most efficient solutions. + Promote best practice sharing by providing training on automation tools and solutions. + Maintaining technical documentation best practices, using established procedures and policies. **What you’ll need:** + 2+ years’ experience in developing automation solutions using the tools. + Relevant degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Education, Mathematics, Technical, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Science (any of the above) + Demonstrated experience in finance BPO/outsourcing while working in a similar role + Very strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence stakeholders to ensure project success + Proactive problem solver, able to work independently on multiple assignments + Demonstrated portfolio of successful medium-large projects and hard savings + Excelling as an individual contributor and comfortable working in a team spread across geographies + Working knowledge of automation and technology solutions in the F&A outsourcing area such as LCNC, RPA, MS Power apps/automate + Excellent English language **Preferred Experience (Applications)** + PeopleSoft + ServiceNow + Yardi + Coupa + Database management systems and basic understanding of SQL; **The following will be an asset:** + Strong Object-Oriented design skills and proven track record of developing business applications + Competent working in most phases of application development activities, including analysis, design, development/enhancement, testing and implementation of data-driven apps under general supervision + Knowledge of process improvement and familiarity with agile methodology or equivalent + Business acumen (understanding of organizational structure, business functions and processes, goals, metrics, etc.), especially in the Finance and Accounting area; + Out-of-the-box thinking, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and self-organized. **Company benefits and perks:** + Stable employment conditions Work based on employment contract in the international company with stable position on the labour market + Career advancement program A chance to learn from the best by attending internal courses and taking part in international programs to experience how we work in different places in the world.
