Your closest team members are mainly: automation business partners, business analysts, automation developers, product owners, and people leaders. The Opportunity:
Design, develop, test, and support solutions to automate processes using RPA, scripting, and Desktop Automation Tools (e.g., VBS, Google App Script, SAP Script, Python).
Contribute to the team's annual/quarterly objectives.
Embrace new ways of working with fast iterations, lean documentation and planning, close alignment to our colleagues from business and IT, and close communication across global teams
Partner closely with Global Product Owners, developers, business analysts/partners, platform teams, and boost cross-regional collaboration and leverage existing solutions.
Maintain automations in production, as well as create as required.
Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meetings, interviews, and workshops.
Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective to arrive at an optimal solution.
Fulfill team and enterprise requirements related to security, scalability, quality, and performance.
Participates in demos and retrospectives; communicates ideas for team continuous improvement and willingly receives feedback for self-improvement.
Fulfill assigned learning curricula
Adhere to team standards related with Quality and Service KPIs
Who you are:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a technical field, or equivalent experience in the area of Automation
1+ year of experience developing solutions in at least 1 of the following technologies/platforms:
UiPath or similar
Programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Node.js, .Net, VBA/VBS, Google App Script, SAP Scripting, python)
Experience in agile organizations and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Experience working in a self-managed team environment, familiarity with OKRs is a plus.
English Advanced (90%)
(Additional language skills are an asset)
