As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will be client-focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.  To help achieve this win-win outcome, a 'day-in-the-life' of this role may include, but not be limited to… * Developing Solutions to Reach True Business Value: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency. * Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations. * Self-Motivated Problem Solving: Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions. * Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills with attention to detail, precision, and time management. * Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team. * Self-motivated and Curious Problem-Solver: Demonstrate a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions. * Languages: proficiency in Italian and English. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Programming Language Proficiency: Understanding and experience with at least one programming language and design tool (e.g. Python, Java, C/C++). * Experience with algorithms, data structures, Generative AI/LLMs * Tech Savvy: provide guidance on large-scale digital transformation programs, including cloud adoption, integration and modernization initiatives, process automation and migration to next-generation architectures such as AI.
