Key Responsibilities

Promote our solutions and help grow and manage strong customer relationshipsAct as a trusted point of contact for both customers and internal teamsSupport and consult on incoming demands related to low-code and automation technologiesStay current with trends across RPA, low-code, AI, and emerging automation toolsIdentify and recommend new tools and platforms to expand and evolve our automation portfolioInspire and enable a mindset of automation and low-code adoption across the organization by providing coaching, training, and guidance to internal teamsSupport end-to-end delivery of scalable and mature automation use casesHelp shape internal processes and policies to make automation adoption easier and more effective

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

University degree in IT fieldSeveral years of experience in process automation consulting and requirements engineering with a custom-centric er engagement, or related fieldsStrong hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath, etc), combined with the ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows, including copilots, intelligent agents, and generative AI integrationsProven skills in customer-centric solutioning, UX thinking, and requirements engineeringExperience in working with cross-functional teams and customersExcellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsA proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently without constant supervision while staying aligned with team goalsFluence in EnglishProject management experience is preferred
