About the Role
We are building the HR automation team of the future — a small, high-impact group with technology at its heart, focused purely on HR needs. We work side-by-side with HR teams, listening closely, understanding their challenges, and delivering smart, scalable solutions that create exceptional employee experiences.
As an Automation Developer, you will be building your technical expertise while delivering meaningful automation solutions that make life easier for our employees. Using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio), you will turn ideas into reality — designing, building, and deploying automations that save time, improve accuracy, and feel effortless to use. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues, ask the right questions to understand their needs, and help shape solutions that really make a difference. This is a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new tools, and seeing their work have a direct, positive impact.
Focus Areas & Deliverables
· Design, build, and deploy well-tested automations for clearly defined HR processes.
· Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
· Support incident resolution and make improvements to existing automations.
· Maintain accurate documentation so solutions can be supported and improved over time.
· Suggest small but meaningful enhancements that improve the employee experience.
Required Skills & Experience
· Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
· Strong ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Desirable
· Familiarity with ServiceNow or other HR platforms.
· Understanding of HR processes and operations.
· Interest in conversational AI or agent-based automation.
