Testing and Agile Tool Administrator who can leverage their development skills along with Agile and QA knowledge to support the enterprise tool administrators for Rally, HP ALM, and testing tools that will be on-boarded in the next year. They will support integrations between the vendor tools, vendor and open source automation tools such as Selenium and HP UFT, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and TFS using configurable connectors and third-party integration tools such as TaskTop. The Testing and Agile Tool Administrator should be self-driven and have the ability to work across various technology teams to enable the successful use and integration of the supported tools. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a continuous build, test, deploy environment and exposure to various tools used within it.
Responsibilities: • Perform user setups and monitor license utilization for Rally, HP ALM, and future testing tools. • Integrate Rally and test automation tools with test management tools(ex. HP ALM, qTest) and development tools (ex. Jenkins, TFS). • Create Rally applications/widgets and reports using Ruby and Java on top of the Rally API. • Configure custom connectors using XML, Java, and Ruby. • Support Test Automation Architect to build out, validate, and potentially integrate test automation frameworks within the continuous build, test, deploy workflows.
Qualifications: CI / CD: • Experience applying DevOps and Continuous Integration concepts including automated test orchestration with tools like Jenkins and TFS.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on an Agile development team using an Agile tool such as Rally, JIRA, VersionOne Test Automation Tools.
Technical Skills: • Must know Java, Ruby, and VB Script. • Experience building small apps/widgets on top of API’s. • Strong knowledge of automated testing tools such as (HP UFT / QTP, Selenium, SoapUI), Automation Frameworks such as (FitNesse, Cucumber, Geb, Spock, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit), and Version Control Systems (such as GIT, SVN). • Experience with cloud-based applications Supportive.
Relationship Skills: • Proven ability to build lasting relationships and to support stakeholders across and entire organization. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions amongst a variety of technologists. • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and rapidly develop the appropriate solution. • Excellent written and verbal skills a must.
