About this opportunity:
We at Ericsson are excited to present this opportunity for an Automated Operations Engineer. This role is critical to our operations, filled with responsibilities that aim to ensure our customers continuously enjoy services performing at utmost efficiency.


What you will do:
Responsible to lead ongoing P1/P2 Incident from Automated operations team & support other functions.
Critical Bridge Handling with internal and external Stake holder
Domain expertise in automated operations & automation
Interface between NOC team and Market Area/MSIP/local NOC
Part of Operational governance
KPI understanding with measuring parameters, definition & analysis.
SLA Analysis and tracking and forecasting to ensure KPI are met & TT,PT Life cycle management
Network Availability management and tracking of KPI related to same
Trouble Ticket Queue Handling, Closure (Timely + Quality) 
Ongoing PT & TT Analysis & Leading Jeopardy management to ensure no backlog of incidents.
Trouble Ticket Quality checks and audit
Automation ideas/ Execution/Drive/support
Tracking automation status as such Auto TT creation/closure tracking
Monitoring Service desk performance to ensure emails & Calls are answered timely and effectively.


The skills you bring:
Very good knowledge and understanding of Managed Services Delivery Model and its processes, 
Extensive experience with the interpretation of quality indicators to detect weaknesses and implement corrective action
Proactive approach in order to minimize or eliminate the business-critical situations
End user orientation/ Customer orientation with excellent understanding of service providers / operators business requirements - be able to create true client value
Knowledge of Ericsson GSC processes and instructions
Interpersonal skills according to the requirements of Leadership framework
Result oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility.
A thorough and methodical approach to work; Strong management of processes
Highly developed skills in knowledge sharing by actively contributing knowledge, experiences, and skills to create a learning culture.
Ability to cope in a fast-changing environment; flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
Ability to balance multiple and conflicting demands.


Key Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience
Interpersonal skills according to the requirements of Leadership framework
Very good knowledge and understanding of Managed Services Delivery Model and its processes, 
Extensive experience with the interpretation of quality indicators to detect weaknesses and implement corrective action
