For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** + Operate, monitor, and maintain autoclave systems to sterilize equipment, components, and materials. + Prepare materials for sterilization, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. + Perform routine checks and validation of autoclave cycles to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. + Maintain accurate records of sterilization activities, including batch records and equipment logs. + Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions or deviations to maintenance and quality teams. + Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure timely availability of sterile materials. + Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and handling of biohazardous materials. + Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. + Support training of new operators and contribute to a culture of compliance and safety.
