Job Description:
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) planRepair damage to vehicle body panelsVehicle disassembly and reassemblyRepair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessoriesRemove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicleAssess and repair structural components of a vehicleUse of frame equipmentApply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performanceMinimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
High School Diploma or equivalentCompletion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair ProgramRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experienceWelding experience (MIG, TIG welding)Preferred Education and/or Experience
Red Seal or 310B is preferred I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.

Compensation Details
Hourly:
$32 - $35 per hour, Flat Rate
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
