The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs. Key Job Responsibilities + Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan + Repair damage to vehicle body panels + Vehicle disassembly and reassembly + Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories + Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle + Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle + Use of frame equipment + Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS). + Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job + High School Diploma or equivalent + Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities + Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience + Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding) Preferred Education and/or Experience + Red Seal or 310B is preferred + I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification) Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc. + You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs + You have your own toolbox + Valid driver’s license required Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
