DHL Express (Fiji) Pte Ltd invites applications for the above position to be based at the Suva Office.

YOUR TASKS:

\n\nThe Australian Customs Support Agent will facilitate the clearance of DHL shipments by doing data entry and provide assistance to the Customs Duty Team, based in Australia and will involve shift work for Five days a week.\nInformation entered in the system need to be in accordance to the information available in commercial documents provided by the customer.\nWorks well together with others and creates a constructive work atmosphere where the knowledge and contributions of others are regularly sought and welcome.\nAlways seeks to make improvements, is open to new ideas and responds positively to changes.\nWillingness to work nightshifts.\n

Candidatesmustpossess the following skills and qualities: -

\n\nMinimum qualification of a Diploma in customsor Business Studies.\nAbility to perform under pressure and work under minimum supervision.\nGood Communication and Time Management skills\nAbility to type at 60 words per minute or above, more than95 percentaccuracy.\nSoftware skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\nAnalytical & numeric capabilities\nStrong attention to detail\nExceptional written and verbal English knowledge\nSelf-motivated, team player and fast learner\n\n
