**Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park! The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and building lasting customer relationships. Ideal candidates are local to the Austin area! **Job Responsibilities** · Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, provide product information, and assist in making purchase decisions. · Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting store promotions. · Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, tagged, and organized to reflect brand standards. · Cashiering: Accurately handle cash, credit, and other transactions while maintaining a high level of integrity. · Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and efficient manner. · Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment. · Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including inventory checks and restocking as well as any tasks assigned by Management. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. **Qualifications** + Previous customer service experience preferred + Previous cash handling experience preferred + Basic math and counting skills required + Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal + Must be able to work independently with limited supervision + Must be available to work flexible hours including evening and weekends This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
