A. Education and Experience
Experience: 2 years in learning and development (in addition to education requirement) required or 4 years experience required.
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms. Experience with MS Office tools- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
