I. Job Summary
 

Delivers, assesses and coaches the designated training curricula according to the needs of the organization as determined by the leadership and training teams.  Completes the final evaluation and conducts the final coaching session to determine participants success.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

Uses the instructional materials (Instructor Guides, learning objectives, assessments, activities) and content to prepare and execute the learning intervention to ensure mastery of the training objectives Develop and manage a centralized calendar and tracking system, updating training-related activities Reports schedule, participant attendance and evaluations in order to maintain accurate training participation records. Assesses training participants as appropriate within a course and provides feedback to the participant and manager. Assesses and coaches individual participant performance following training through observation as appropriate to measure the impact of learning to specific business results.

III.  Qualifications


 

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

 

A. Education and Experience
 

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Learning, Business Administration or similar area of study  required or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) required.

 

Experience: 2 years in learning and development (in addition to education requirement) required or 4 years experience required.

B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms. Experience with MS Office tools- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to clients and participants.
