EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Supervise and develop audit staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and setting goals. + Plan, coordinate, and oversee audits of licensees, applicants, and permittees. + Review audit reports, working papers, and financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and adequacy. + Evaluate licensee internal controls, new technologies, and financial transactions for regulatory compliance. + Serve as liaison with casino HR, regulatory agencies, and the Audit Director. + Draft policies, procedures, and rules related to auditing and internal controls. + Assist in enforcement actions, including addressing compliance violations and supporting investigations. + Travel within Louisiana to supervise audits as needed.
